-4 years to get an undergraduate degree
-2 years to get a master degree
5. Why did you choose that field?
-Because of the people.
6. What got you involved in this field of work? What inspired you to do it?
-I've always been involved.
7. Why did you choose this job?
-I did everything. I was a dancer and a teacher. I made paintings and pieces of art. I practiced all the differents parts of this organization.
8. How long have you worked here?
-I founded it 11 years ago.
9. What is your job title?
-I'm the president and executive director.
10. Do you enjoy the kind of work you do?
-Of course...
11. Do you plan to open your own business one day?
-This is my business. I opened it.
12. How has having an intern helped your company or organization advance or progress?
-It's great having young people learn new things.
13. What advice would you give to high school-aged interns (such as myself) getting ready for college and then the real world?
-Follow your passing
-Work very hard
-Stay focused

A, you should have read the questions more carefully and been more thoughtful as to how she was answering. It was not necessary to ask if she plans to open her own business one day when she answered that she founded here current organization. Also, what are her degrees in?
I believe her advice is follow your passion
